Returns /Refunds


Our policy for returns is 14 days. If 14 days has expired since your purchase delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please, contact us as soon as you receive your order if there is a concern which needs to be returned or refunded.

We will only receive returns on defective or broken items. Sale items cannot be returned. We do offer exchanges on returned items, however, you will need to pay the difference in pricing. If the price is less than the returned item, a credit will be issued to you.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return of shipping will be at your expense. If you have been issued a return label, return shipping charges will be deducted from your purchase price, you will not receive a refund on shipping charges
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We must validate your claim. Please, follow the return instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at diane@thelashchickpro.com

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at diane@thelashchickpro.com 


Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 224 county road 789, Natalia, Texas 78059 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or a return label will be issued and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not replace or refund for a non-received returned item due to being lost in shipping. This is the responsibility of the shipper.

International Shipping 

  • TheLashChick® Is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, customs or additional shipping costs that may incur for shipping purchased items to purchaser internationally.
  • Purchaser agrees to be responsible for all additional fees associated with shipping products to international destination which includes duties and customs.
  • TheLashChick® offers several options for shipping International at checkout, please carefully select your shipping option at checkout.  Once shipping is selected at checkout, we are unable to change the shipping option unless we are specifically contacted by the purchaser before fulfilling order; changing the shipping option once order is submitted may result in additional shipping costs to the purchaser.
