All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If orders are placed on a weekend or Holiday, Your order will ship the next business day.

TheLashChick ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and make sure you are available to receive your package. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim, then provide this information to TheLashChick®Pro at thelashchick@gmail.com
