Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY
  • TheLashChick processes orders within 24 hrs of receiving orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless it falls on a Holiday.
  • Shipping is calculated by weight of package. FREE Standard Priority USPS SHIPPING over $80 in purchases (US orders only) or you may choose to pay for a faster shipping availability at checkout.

 

U.S. SHIPPING 

  • USPS Standard Priority Shipping:  3-5 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 2 Business Days (orders must be placed before 7PM  PST M-F to be shipped the next business day)

  • FEDEX Ground Shipping: 5 -7 Business Days (orders must be placed by 8 AM PST M-F to be shipped same day)

  • FEDEX 2 DAY Shipping:  2 Business Days (order must be received before 8:00AM PST in order to be shipped the same day)

  • *FEDEX Express Shipping: 1-2 days (orders must be placed before 8:00 AM PST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

  • *Available depending on delivery address. FEDEX has a cutoff time of 10am for shipment of orders to be shipped the same day. If you are needing your order express shipped next day, please, place this order the  BEFORE 7PM the night before to go out the next morning to FEDEX. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • USPS Priority International Canada Shipping: 15-20 days to arrive

  • USPS Express International Canada Shipping: 5-10 days to arrive 

  • FEDEX International Canada Shipping: 2-5 days

  • DHL International Shipping: 2-5 days 

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. In order to receive a refund for product, product must be undamaged and in original packaging

  • TheLashChick is not responsible for lost shipments. Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • TheLashChick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and make sure you are available to receive your order. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please, refer to USPS or FEDEX for current information on where your order is. If you placed your order with FEDEX, you can track the order in real time. 

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item or the item will be sent at a later date per your request.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please, notify us immediately. Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery for US orders and 60 days for International orders to receive a refund or exchange. TheLashChick is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of Postage, TheLashChick is also not responsible for returns lost by carrier. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • TheLashChick is not responsible for covering these shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not replace or refund for a non-received returned item due to being lost in shipping.
