FEDEX has a cutoff time of 10am for shipment of orders to be shipped the same day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

TheLashChick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and make sure you are available to receive your order. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please, refer to USPS or FEDEX for current information on where your order is. If you placed your order with FEDEX, you can track the order in real time.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item or the item will be sent at a later date per your request.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please, notify us Immediately. Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery for US orders and 60 days for International orders to receive a refund or exchange. TheLashChick is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of Postage, TheLashChick is also not responsible for returns lost by carrier. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged..
Refunds (If Applicable)
If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. TheLashChick is not responsible for covering these shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
